Antonio will present a staged adaptation of Safari’s Song, an award-winning book and musical production, on Feb. 17 in New York City. The production will be Narrated and Directed by Antonio Fargas, and staged by Adam Fitzgerald. The reading will premiere at 6:30 PM at the Kirk Theatre, 410 W. 42nd. St. New York, NY 10036.
Antonio is Spokesperson for the Herrmanns’ literary organization, which has partnered with “Helping Honduras Kids”, a nonprofit volunteer organization that manages an orphanage as well as several schools that provide educational opportunities to help children overcome poverty.

Antonio performed in the theatrical panto Jack and The Bean Stalk at the Lighthouse Theatre in Poole, England. The show ran from December 11, 2009 to January 3, 2010.
October 2009
Antonio appeared at The Ultimate Collectibles & Autograph Show at the Philadelphia Expo Center (October 3rd and 4th, 2009).

Antonio appeared in the theatrical panto Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs in England between December 13, 2008 and January 4, 2009.

Antonio appeared at the Hollywood Movie & Memorabilia Expo at the Eastwood Mall Expo Center in Niles, Ohio from June 6th to June 8th.
Antonio was a guest of honor at the ALAKISLAND Festival 2008 (Paris Film Festival) from May 30th to June 1st.

Antonio appeared at the Hollywood Collectors & Celebrities Show at the Chicago Marriott O'Hare Hotel in Chicago, Illinois.
December 2007 - January 2008
Antonio appeared as Fleshcreep, the Giant's Evil Henchman in Jack & The BeanStalk - The Panto! The pantomime production ran December 7, 2007 through January 6, 2008 at the Guildhall Theatre in Derby, UK.
October 2007
Antonio appeared at a convention at the Heythrop Park Hotel in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire, England. The Cult TV Weekender Festival was held October 19-22.
June 2007
Antonio met fans and was joined by a fleet of red and white Gran Torinos when he appeared at the All-Ford Nationals convention in Carlisle, Pennsylvania on June 1-3.

Antonio played "Hoke" in the play "Driving Miss Daisy" in a 4 city / 4 state tour.

Antonio appears in the film, "The Caper", which will be released on DVD on April 3rd. Antonio's son, Justin, also appears in the movie. Watch the movie trailer (10MB, wmv).

Antonio appeared at the "3eme Salon Jouets Cine TV BD Collector" convention in Migennes, France during February 24th and 25th.
March 2007
Antonio was nominated for the NAACP Image Award for "Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series" for his work on "Everybody Hates Chris". Antonio has filmed 11 episodes of the CW network sit-com.
October - November 2006
Antonio enjoyed playing the role of Toledo in the theatre production "Ma Rainey Black Bottom" in Manchester, England. He looks forward to the opportunity to return for another production.
